These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all orders placed with ZTcommission (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing from us, you (“the client” or “you”) agree to the following:

1. Custom Orders

• All items (wigs, costumes, and props) are custom-made to order.

• Production timeframes will vary depending on complexity. Estimated completion times are provided but are not guaranteed deadlines.

• Once work has begun, orders cannot be cancelled.

2. Payments

• Full or partial payment (as agreed) must be made before work begins.

• Any remaining balance must be paid in full before the item is shipped.

• All prices are listed in [currency] and do not include shipping fees unless specified.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship orders to the address provided by the client. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by postal services or couriers.

• International clients are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties.

4. Returns & Refunds

• Returns are only accepted if the item arrives damaged or ill-fitting. Proof (photos or videos) must be provided within 7 days of delivery.

• Minor repairs may be offered free of charge (client covers shipping). Extensive repairs may incur additional costs.

• Partial refunds are only considered if the client declines a repair/replacement and is dissatisfied with service.

• Returns for “change of mind” or “not as imagined” are not accepted due to the custom nature of our work.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide accurate measurements, references, and specifications when ordering. We are not liable for issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

• Any delays caused by the client (e.g., late measurements or approvals) may extend completion times.

6. Intellectual Property

• Designs, photos, and works created by us remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed.

• We reserve the right to share photos of completed items for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

7. Liability

• We are not responsible for injury, discomfort, or damages caused by misuse of wigs, costumes, or props.

• Items are intended for cosplay, performance, or display purposes and should be handled with care.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The version in place at the time of your order will apply
