Returns & Refunds Policy

At ZTcommission , each wig, costume, and prop is custom-made with care. We want you to be happy with your order, and we understand that issues may occasionally arise. Please review our returns and refund guidelines below:

1. Returns Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted only if the item arrives damaged or ill-fitting.

  • Customers must provide photo or video proof of the issue within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be returned in their original, unused condition (except for damage or fitting issues).

2. Repairs & Replacements

  • If the issue is repairable, we will gladly fix the item.

  • Minor repairs may be completed free of charge (customer covers return shipping costs).

  • For more extensive repairs, additional costs may apply, which will be discussed before work begins.

  • If replacement is necessary, a new corrected item will be shipped once the original is returned.

3. Refunds

  • Partial refunds will only be issued if:

    • The customer is dissatisfied with the overall service.

    • The customer does not wish to receive a repaired or replacement item.

  • Full refunds will not be issued except in rare cases of non-fulfillment.

4. Exclusions

  • Since items are custom-made, returns for reasons such as “change of mind” or “not as imagined” are not accepted.

  • Damage caused by customer misuse, wear, or alterations is not eligible for return or refund.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

  • Outbound shipping fees are non-refundable.
